Our task as a teacher is not limited to teaching solely the field we are into. We need to be flexible enough and see to it that we are student-oriented. We should not focus only on what they are going to learn but how they will learn it. We have to be creative in a way that the student can appreciate what he is about to learn.Dealing with students who have difficulties in learning is another issue that should be addressed carefully. We just can’t pre-judge our students for being too slow in a certain area. We should find the reason behind it. This is what a Learning Curriculum Teacher should look forward to. For every difficulty, there’s a specific “accommodation”. We just have to be observant and apply the right solution that suits to solve the problem.Teacher has to be versatile in every way. :)
